Beautiful home and location. The house is well stocked with nice furnishings and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need or have in your own kitchen at home. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, the arcade and foosball. The views from all the floors were breathtaking and overall had a wonderful stay and time. Will consider this property in our future stays.

We stayed 5 days at the condo with another couple and our kids. It was perfect location for the toddler and teenagers. The access to the beach and pool were right next to us , which made it easy to come up for lunch or anything we needed. The interior was clean, the AC was cold and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be staying here again next year ! We loved being able to walk to the shops along 30A ! The overall experience was exactly what we wanted and as advertised!! Michelle was our contact person and was always responding immediately if we had questions!

Michelle was fabulous to work with in making our reservations as well as during our stay. She was very responsive and most helpful in her explanations.

Room 215 High Pointe was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 during our summer vacation. I look forward to staying here again because of the great accommodations and exemplary service of our host.

The property was very well kept and fit all of our needs. kitchen amenities were just what we needed for cooking meals with our family. The house provided ample room for our family while we were at home resting and the bunk room was great for the kids. We loved our stay at Endless Summer!

This condo is amazing - location, decor, amenities, cleanliness, helpfulness of the manager - all wonderful. The wraparound view from the balcony cant be beat. You can see for miles, enjoying the water/sky/sand but also make a decision about the weather or crowdedness of the beach, pool, or Crabby Steves. Its super quiet here too, we were never bothered by noise inside the condo. The security people were very friendly, wristbands make it simple to go where you want, at any time. Super convenient to have a beach umbrella & 2 chairs set up by the beach service crew every day, and included in the condo rental price. Having essentially 3 bedroom suites, each with bathroom, made it perfect for our family of adults to have their own space. The condo finishes are all high end, with comfortable furniture both inside and on the balconies, and lovely beach decor. The kitchen has a huge array of pots/pans, utensils, cooking tools, serve ware, beverage fridge, tons of storage space and prep space. The walk to shops, eateries, coffee places and beautiful green spaces in Seacrest and Rosemary was quick and pleasant. Michelle was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions and special requests we had, before and during our stay. This beautiful High Point condo may be pricey but you get what you pay for, and it was worth every penny.

We have 3 kids 3 and under and this was the perfect beach trip. Extremely close to beach and pool. Close walk to lots of restraints and shops. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed in this unit twice now. It does not disappoint. We love the open living room/ kitchen area. Great for large families to gather around the extra large island. The porch off the back is perfect for grilling. Very well maintained!

Michelle was the best and sweetest person to deal with!! She made sure everything was spot on for us!! The condo is amazing!! This place is so clean! For the first time I didn't feel the need for our family to sanitize before settling in!! Oh and the beach was amazing, I mean there were ppl but not horribly crowded. The ppl walking by didn't bother us, just other families that share private beach access from the area. It really wasn't a big deal at all. The views are breathtaking!! We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again really soon!! Oh and the pool!! Kids fave and I loved it too!! Not ever crowded while we were there! This was just what our family was needing. Photos do not to this property justice. It was even more spacious and beautiful in person! The location is prime and theres nothing quite like being able to see the view of the ocean from your back porch. We had a large group (my husband and I, our 17 month old daughter, stepson age 4, my mother, and two aunts) and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The common areas are especially spacious for larger groups. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. It is immaculately cleaned, nicely upgraded and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is PERFECT for walking or biking to Rosemary. The resort has great amentities and the private beach is a huge perk when going during busy times. This condo has the most spectacular view and has a huge patio with ample seating and a dining table (love this!). My family travels often, and this is by far one of the best vacations we have had- we are already planning our next visit and hope to stay here, again! 10/10 recommendation from us!

This home was absolutely stunning! It was perfect for us to stay with another family. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the kiddos loved the bunk room! Short walk to the pool and tram stop for a ride to the beach. Renting bikes through the owners was a breeze and everything was there upon our arrival as promised. The home was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. 10/10 recommend this property. My family will be back for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
