Many owners along 30A name their homes based on personalities and how they present their home. After 30 years of vacationing in the warmer weather whenever possible, and enjoying the relaxed Jimmy Buffett lifestyle, the name we chose for our house was based on a song JB sings explaining the further South you go to the warm climate, your attitude becomes more relaxed, calm, and you have a peaceful state of mind. Latitudes and Attitudes at Inlet Beach is a retreat for friends and family to gather. The amenities will be everything we have experienced in our many trips to exotic destinations throughout our life. Inlet Beach, which was once part of “Old Florida”, has now flourished into the up and coming area on the Far Eastern side of 30A. With Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach only a short walk or ride, Inlet Beach is close proximity to everything you want, but also offers the quietness of a neighborhood with little traffic and the luxurious Aqua Blue Gulf and Fine White Sandy Beach.
Our Property offers the Best Views anyone could ask for. You can see for miles in all directions from any of the three amazing decks that offer both covered protection, or sun worshiping areas, depending on your mood and “Attitude” for the day!!!
Our private pool, which is one of the largest in the area, offers an area for lap swimming, or sitting on the sun shelf with a drink and a book in your hand with the chairs located in the pool. Children of all ages will enjoy the coolness of the water in the summer or be able to swim during the off-season when the pool can be heated for an additional charge.

With the extreme cost of Weddings at Rosemary or Alys Beach, many have chosen to gather for a Bonfire Dinner on the Beach as their rehearsal dinner, and to get married on the beach at Inlet, followed by a reception catered in the area. Our property can accommodate up to 20 persons and will give ample room for everyone to enjoy each other’s company, but also have privacy when wanted.
If you are looking for a Family Reunion, look no further. The kitchen at 220 W. Park Place Ave. is the envy of anyone who loves to cook. With 2 Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 1 Large Stove/Oven plus an extra oven, and 2 Sinks, this kitchen is great to work at and have a large feast!!! Many Family Reunions, Small Intimate Weddings, Thanksgivings, & Christmas Gatherings around the Fireplace will happen here!!! The Buffet area allows for hot food set ups and families to enjoy meals together with ample room for everyone.

Beautiful home and location. The house is well stocked with nice furnishings and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need or have in your own kitchen at home. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, the arcade and foosball. The views from all the floors were breathtaking and overall had a wonderful stay and time. Will consider this property in our future stays.

This beautiful house is fully equipped, meticulously clean, and up-to-date. It easily accommodated our big group with plenty of breathing room for all. It has panoramic views of sunrise, sunset, and beach. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes; likewise the bike ride to Rosemary was under 10. Michelle quickly and cheerfully responded to all communication. We couldn't be more pleased and would come back in a heartbeat!!

Michelle was very accommodating and helpful. We had ordered some chairs, umbrellas, wagon, ice chest ahead of time and they were waiting at the house when we arrived. We had a little trouble figuring out the elevator, but Michelle helped with that. We called her a few other small things and they were taken care of immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Inlet Beach. We loved the house and its classic and contemporary finishes. It is beautiful, clean, well maintained and was perfect for our family reunion of 16. Weve rented a lot and have a rental property as well. By far, this home has the best stocked kitchen we've seen in terms of pots, pans, dishes, appliances, and all the items you need. The linens and room appointments were lovely. Manager was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

We were staying at Michelles property during hurricane Ida and even with all the rain and minor hiccups Michelle made sure we were happy and comfortable! The location to the beach is perfect and taking the golf cart we rented up and down 30a never disappoints! The elevator was very convenient for my dad who is struggling to get around and the room off the main living room was perfect for the small children to be able to get ready on their own ( handicapped bathroom). Our youngest of the bunch enjoyed all the toys provided on the rainy days and the arcade room was a hit with kids of all ages. Thank you, Michelle for making our stay enjoyable despite Ida, we had a beautiful vacation.

Michelle and Larry were fantastic! Michelle was so helpful in the pre-rental process, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was heated as promised on arrival. The first day we checked in, I had emailed about a few minor things (arcade game not working, light bulbs out, extra remote control batteries) and Larry came out the next morning to fix it all....on Easter Sunday no less! Since they were so minor and could easily waited until Monday, he insisted and came out to address all concerns anyway. That is the type service you will get if you rent from Endless Summer on 30A. Thank you Michelle and Larry for making our stay perfect.

My family just got back from our week long stay at Latitudes & Attitudes on 30A and everything was perfect. From the ocean views, 3 minute walk to the beach and large private pool, it had everything we could ask for. When we arrived you could tell the house had just been cleaned. It was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed at and had the amenities/conveniences you'd expect from a high-end rental. We would definitely rent this property again!

Endless Summer 30a was very easy to deal with. Michelle was very informative and helpful in answering questions and lining up bikes, a Beach buggy and bonfires. We had a couple of issues at the house which they promptly responded to and worked hard to resolve them.

This is one of the nicest properties weve ever rented! The kitchen is fully stocked-multiple sets of dishes, cooking pans, professional mixer. The flow for the house is also great and the decor is not clich. Amazing views from the decks (3floors of them!) Location is adjacent to Rosemary-short bike ride to the bustle but the beach here is far less crowded.
