This gulf front unit is located in building C on the ground level with amazing ocean views. This unit is steps away from the private community pool (heated October-March) and the beach access to the beautiful white sands.
This condo has a beautiful large living room, perfect for entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The living room consists of a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. and a large pantry. The dining area has a table for seating of 8, and there is also additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas all have great views of the amazing, beautiful gulf and pool.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large walk in closet. It also has an attached bathroom with privacy toilet, shower, vanities, and a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with an attached full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. That bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
There is a large patio with outdoor dining and lounging while admiring the amazing ocean views steps away from the beach access and pool.

Perfect location just steps to the beach. They let us know as soon as our unit was cleaned and we got in a few hours early so we could change and go right to the beach. It was a short drive to Rosemary Beach, the Pearl, Gallions, George's and more. Nestled right in the middle of everything!

We stayed 5 days at the condo with another couple and our kids. It was perfect location for the toddler and teenagers. The access to the beach and pool were right next to us , which made it easy to come up for lunch or anything we needed. The interior was clean, the AC was cold and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be staying here again next year ! We loved being able to walk to the shops along 30A ! The overall experience was exactly what we wanted and as advertised!! Michelle was our contact person and was always responding immediately if we had questions!

Great floor level condo right on the beach! The unit was clean, Michelle was very easy to get in contact with and the convenience to the beach is worth the price. If you have kids, this is the condo for you. Theres a grassy area outside by the patio for them to run around, the pool is directly around the corner and the beach access is a few steps away. There are a lot of steps down to the beach and no ramp, so prepare for that. You can only see the water from the patio, not the beach, because of some shrubs but it is still beautiful. The condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants but not directly in the middle of it all. Great place to stay!

This vacation home met all our expectations and more. It was so nice to set up on the beach, leave our chair & umbrella to come in for lunch, and then return to our spot. Felt like it was our beach. The condo is well furnished and only the nicest supplies in the kitchen. Nice towels too. Michelle and I communicated well. She was most accomodating with anything we needed. We will definitely return.

Michelle was the best and sweetest person to deal with!! She made sure everything was spot on for us!! The condo is amazing!! This place is so clean! For the first time I didn't feel the need for our family to sanitize before settling in!! Oh and the beach was amazing, I mean there were ppl but not horribly crowded. The ppl walking by didn't bother us, just other families that share private beach access from the area. It really wasn't a big deal at all. The views are breathtaking!! We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again really soon!! Oh and the pool!! Kids fave and I loved it too!! Not ever crowded while we were there! This was just what our family was needing. Photos do not to this property justice. It was even more spacious and beautiful in person! The location is prime and theres nothing quite like being able to see the view of the ocean from your back porch. We had a large group (my husband and I, our 17 month old daughter, stepson age 4, my mother, and two aunts) and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The common areas are especially spacious for larger groups. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and have everything you need to cook and feel at home. The view from the living room, dinning room and kitchen is fabulous! It was amazing waking up every day to such an wonderful view. Location is perfect! Very close to shops and restaurants. And communication with the owner was easy and timely. Yes, like other reviewer mentioned, the beach gets very crowded and it's hard to find a place. However, we rented chairs and umbrellas and everything was great! Also, the privacy part is true. You do see people walking by all the time and they can see you especially at night but it didn't bother us at all. We're definitely coming back!

This rental is literally steps from Rosemary Beach. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We loved the porch furniture. Everything was just top of the line. We came the first week of March 2022 and it was rainy and cold the whole time which was a bummer, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back and would DEFINITELY choose this property again.
